In this weeks episode Eric and Justin discuss a very profound letter from an anonymous listener. We dig in on the experiences of the listener and how his experiences in urbane environments could’ve been different. Also allowing voices from those spaces to be the help and leader to assist music educators in those environments. We will also discuss how the HBCU band world can be used and not undervalued in this quest of musical equality in the shaping of culture his next generation of music educators.
