I recently had the pleasure of chatting with relationship coach Elle Ebizadeh about a topic near and dear to my heart: overcoming workaholism. Elle shared so many gems about really finding the correct work life balance for each of us while nurturing our connections. A few key takeaways:
- Take time to check in with your body's needs throughout the day. Set reminders to breathe, stretch, or step away from work.
- When tensions rise with your partner, pause and ask yourself if you're in the right headspace for that conversation. It's okay to take space and return when emotions have settled.
