It's the beginning of September, and I'm fortunate to have my monthly discussion with Ellen Bayens of theceliacscene.com to chat about the articles and happenings she has brought to our attention over the past month.

First, I have Ellen explain to me the very impactful discovery that was made at McMaster University in co-operation with other colleagues regarding the "spark" that sets off the gluten reaction.
