Lisa Herrington is a mom of four and the Co-Founder and Owner of FIT House Davis, a full-service boutique fitness studio inspired by her passion for helping others. After losing one of her twin sons, Brady, Lisa found meaning in her grief by giving back, building traditions to honor her son, and empowering others through movement and support.
