Bio: Anthony Poponi the CEO and founder of Focus on the 40 and is an expert in positive psychology, the applied science of happiness. Anthony travels the country speaking at conferences and hosting workplace workshops to bring out the best in team cultures. His mission is to inspire joy and fulfillment by creating cohesive teams who are ready to go from "good to great." Anthony has called Bend, Oregon home for two years and when at home he plays outside, performs both improv and stand-up comedy and serves on board for two local non-profits.
