1. You have 90 percent responsibility for your health, not 10 percent. Only 10 percent accounts for genetic mutations and factors beyond your control. The other 90 percent comes down to your choices, your willingness to feel, and your commitment to take responsibility. This isn't blame. It's empowerment.

1. Spiritual disconnection is a root cause of disease that most medical systems completely ignore. Research shows 80 to 94 percent better healing outcomes in people with some form of spiritual connection or faith in something bigger than themselves.
