Everyday battler Dane Lyons joins us for a yarn around his inspirational story of hitting a top weight of 270kg and what drove him to lose 170kg and change his life around for the better. Dane takes us through the ups and downs of his journey, including the diet choices, surgeries he considered and fitness regime he had to undertake to begin his weight loss journey and how that transitioned into getting in to the bodybuilding scene.
