Pam is passionate about teaching individuals how to achieve optimal health by reconnecting with nature and embracing the concept of food as medicine. After over 30 years in traditional pharmacy, she recognized the limitations of the "pill for an ill" mentality, which often fails to address the root causes of health issues. This realization inspired her to pursue a path in functional medicine and herbalism. She became a certified practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP) and earned her Herbal Fellowship Certification from the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine (AARM).

Pam's mission extends beyond treating individuals; she believes that true healing occurs only in a healthy environment. Together with her husband, she has transitioned from the corporate world to establish a small “farm” in the heart of suburbia. Through this endeavor, they aim to empower others to grow food for themselves and their communities, fostering a deeper connection to nature and holistic health.
