Dr. Shelley Appleton has a PhD in Human Learning, is a pharmacist, and horse trainer/clinician in Australia. She uses her understanding in how humans learn to show them better ways to get along with their horses.
This episode is destined to go down as one of the best ones we've done. We get deep into the ethics, some of today's issues in the industry, and better ways to approach the customer base for best results.
