Will Friday is both a Masterson Method Practitioner and nutrition advisor for Legacy Equine. We met at Jim Masterson's Gathering last January and I thought he'd make a good guest.
We get into his past career in the outdoor industry and that he's only been doing the horse thing for about 15 years now. I think it's encouraging for a lot of you to see and listen to people who are successful in the horse business who aren't 7th generation of their family business. Will started Performance Equine Bodywork in California and has grown it into a successful business that helps a lot of people and horses.
Will has gone up through the levels of the Masterson Method to be an instructor who teaches courses. He's also gotten into equine nutrition in the last few years and added consulting to his business. We get into all of that and some good stories he's been through along the way.
Will was also instrumental in founding the veterans job training and life skills group, Equine Empowered Therapy. They use horses to teach and help veterans get jobs in the horse business.
