Erica Eckman is the founder and CEO of Ecko Digital Media, a boutique influencer marketing agency founded in 2017 and Co -Founder and CMO of Shop FlavCity, her consumer packaged goods business with influencer, Bobby Parrish.
After building a successful career as an influencer (you can still find her cooking up recipes to her 175k followers over at @everythingerica), she realized that so many brands and agencies didn’t understand how to actually move the sales needle and leverage influencers in the right way. The agency quickly became one of the largest direct response agencies in the country, while being one of the few that also manages talent directly. The talent managed by Ecko aren’t your “typical” influencers. These are thought leaders who have amassed their following because they have a passion and are changing people's lives.
Erica has helped create digital influencer strategies for some of the largest brands in the country with their digital strategy including Hilton Group, Laird SuperFood, HumanCo brands (including HU and Snow Days) and more. She's taken the learnings from her agency and has helped ShopFlavCity 10x their revenue between the first and second year of business.
Most recently, Erica and her business partner Bobby launched an investment fund called Dream Team Ventures where they are investing and helping up and coming brands in the food and wellness space.
