Happy holidays friends. Thank you for a wonderful year! I hope you have a great time with family, friends, and on the trails during your downtime, and of course, I wish all of you the best in 2024. Upwards and onwards!
Onwards and upwards isn’t always a reality though, and sometimes things go sideways. And that’s where today’s episode comes in! We have guests from the past (and even a few from the future) sharing some of their funny trail running stories and it’s a super fun holiday listen. I’m so grateful for everyone to have shared their time and stories and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
A huge thank you to the guests who had time to share:
Jeanelle Hazlett
Jeannine Avelino
Chantelle Erickson
Andrew Miller
Kirsti Dolson
Matt Shepard
Renee Janssen
