Today we interview Enrique from Have Some Cake. After listening to one of our episodes after Bronya said his work 'wasn't romantic' he proved her wrong with an instagram post with some of the most beautifully romantic cakes you've ever seen. However, his cakes are not 'classically' romantic. He describes his style as anti-romantic. 

His cake are striking, structural, flowing and organic all at the same time. He explains his background and how he developed his style. He tells us about is favourite flavours. He also tells us about the classes he'll be teaching this year.
