With a decade of experience that includes politics, government and beauty, Stephanie Lee’s own personal challenges when it came to her mental health inspired her to build a brand that was about self-exploration.

The resulting brand, SELFMADE, is built with emotional intelligence at its core and in this conversation initially held on my Instagram Live @beautymepodcast, Stephanie shared how she recognised the signs that her mental health was being challenged and how her workspace wasn’t providing any coping tools.
