In this week's episode, Eric narrates an article, "My Pretend Music School," from composer and percussionist Ivan Trevino. Ivan, an active educator, currently serves as a Lecturer in Percussion at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also co-director of the Eastman Percussion Festival, a biennial summer festival hosted by the Eastman School of Music. He is an artist and clinician for Innovative Percussion, Black Swamp Percussion, Zildjian Cymbals, Evans Drumheads, Pearl / Adams, Meinl, and Beetle Percussion.
