I always use a travel agent to ensure a worry free trip to the airport.  I have however made the mistake of purchasing my own ticket, having something happen and then loosing my mind trying to deal with a bad situation.  LaNell has been in the business for decades and has some incredible insight into the world of travel.  A big thanks for sharing her precious time and years of getting me to my destination trouble free!
