Today, I sit down with my cousin Bill, he worked in the world of Kitesurfing since the beginning and then moved on to Yacht management and now working in all areas of yacht projects.  Bill played the role of the cool older cousin in my life, and it was great that he shared a little time with me to chat about it all.
