Splitting from her husband after renovating their second house together, did not stop Julie from following her passion of renovating houses. Hear how she went from being a housewife, working a full-time job to suddenly giving up her job, having no borrowing capacity, and a mortgage on the house she was living in, to flipping houses for profit.

Julie shares her story of taking lifelong experiences and turning them into a business at the age of 53, believing it’s never too early or too late to create your dream life, no matter your age or financial circumstances. While wondering how she was going to cope financially Julie was invited to a property investors meeting to do a presentation about the flips her and her husband had done.
