Since perfection is in the eye of the beholder, as a contractor, it is important to have a clear understanding of your clients expectations.

The discussion goes to the topic of software companies releasing their products and services knowing they could and should make improvements, but they release anyway and make adjustments in their products and services with the feedback given to them from their customers.
