The special legislative session from you know where is all over but the crying. And, boy, is there crying. Gov. Greg Abbott and Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick are both blasting House Speaker Joe Straus for allowing the House to adjourn early on Tuesday and, in doing so, killing property-tax reform and school-finance changes among 10 other issues that were among the 20 that Abbott wanted passed.
