Lance Knox got into greenkeeping a little bit later than most. That doesn't mean to say that he has less professional drive than others, quite the contrary. After listening to Lance and hearing his story I think you'll struggle to find someone more passionate and who enjoys their job and career more!

Lance clearly loves being a greenkeeper and after years of enjoying his job he finally took hold of his very own golf course for the first time as Superintendent at Busselton Golf Club. Clearly very skilled, Lance was quickly able to take Busselton Golf Club to the next level in terms of presentation and management which culminated with winning the 2022 Excellence in Golf Course Management Award at this years ASTMA industry awards evening. Quite the achievement indeed!
