Panos reflects on his lessons of the year. It has been a wild year personally, professionally and globally.

The reason why Panos has dogs and dedicates himself to dog training is that dogs complement our lives, and should not complicate them.

He wants owners to learn from their dogs just as much as we teach them.

Remain disciplined, maintain what we already have before adding more, and having structure but switching up routines.
