His personal "hold nothing back" style will challenge you to live life full of passion and stay focused on your mission.

In 2012, Justin founded Leader Legacy Inc. with a passion to develop leaders, inspire teams, and build world-changing legacies. Justin is also a Professional EOS Implementer, serving companies across Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. His home base is in South Bend, Indiana, but he travels anywhere within a 4 hour radius to help entrepreneurs implement the EOS system.

In 2004 Justin, along with family and a couple friends, helped launch Five Star, a non-profit organization with the mission to inspire students to live to their fullest potential with an after school leadership program.
