Debra is a consultant, speaker, writer and coach. She is founding member of the Academy of Dental Management Consulting - serving her 3rd term as President. She is board member of the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration and serves on the ADA Practice Management Advisory Board.

Debra has been recognized by Dentistry Today as a Leader in Continuing Dental Education and Consulting and a recipient of the Gordon Christensen Lecturer Recognition award.
