Hi! I’m Carmen, one-third of The Morning Cruise. Chances are if you’re listening to this podcast, you are a listener to The Morning Cruise on The JOY FM.  Welcome to my 1st episode of OFF-AIR with Carmen. There’s nothing I love more than making a cup of coffee, curling up on my couch, and having a great conversation with a friend.  That’s life-giving to me! I’d been kicking around starting a podcast for a few years, and last Fall, I decided just to do it! My girlfriend, Becca, was on her way for a visit, and I literally texted her when she was an hour out, and said, “You’re gonna be my 1st guest on my new podcast.”

 Y’all that’s pretty much how I do life. I jump in, and then figure it out as I go….

Thankfully, Becca said yes, and my first episode was recorded! Many of you will know this already, but Becca is married to Josh Wilson, who is one our favorite artists that we play on The JOY FM. They have one son, Asher who is just a delight!
