A street in south is renamed after some dude named Shortie, but they've promised to change it to Ras Shorty I soon. We discuss PDP's new black card as well as take a deep dive into both the PM's & The Opposition Leader's Emancipation messages - fair warning - emancipation and names are two things KPB might want to avoid.
