One of the things that I enjoy doing is catching up with former guests to see how they’ve progressed in their lifestyle journey. One in particular that I’ve kept my eye on was Jewels from Episode 57. She has been a very busy woman, expanding on her dynamic with her husband, writing a book and appearing in a UK documentary just to name a few. She has become an inspiration to women around the world and I am thrilled to have the chance to talk to her again and find out what else she has been up to.
