On this weeks edition of Prepared Mindset, I had the opportunity to talk with Devin Soto. Devin is a former Army Ranger with multiple deployments, and also the owner/found of Tactical Cowboy Training Solutions. As a educator Devin and his team have had the opportunity to train civilians, law enforcement, and even children.
