This week’s guest Pippa Marsden, started running in 2016 to help manage postnatal depression and ended up transforming her entire life. From childhood struggles with undiagnosed ADHD and eating disorders, to escaping an abusive relationship, she found strength, structure, and confidence through sport—ultimately losing six stone, becoming a qualified coach, and representing GB at age group triathlon.

She’s completed marathons, an Ironman, and qualified multiple times for international competition—all while raising a family, rebuilding her life, and now launching a coaching and nutrition business to help others find their path to wellness.

It’s a story of resilience, reinvention, and finding purpose through triathlon.
