Alex Wright —is  a lifelong athlete with experience in middle-distance track, Hyrox, aquathlon, triathlon, Ironman. 

Alex has worked 17 years in education and 8 years as a qualified fitness tutor, assessor, and more recently, IQA. 

Currently working as a Fitness Tutor/Assessor/IQA training people to become Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers at Achieve More Training.

Alex has followed a journey he now shares to help others do the same.

From 3:50 1500m & 16.09 5k road run → Hybrid Athlete/GB Aquathlon Age Group → Fitness Instructor → PT → Fitness Tutor/Assessor → IQA → Hybrid Axis Founder

Alex runs his own business, his platform blends competitive experience with professional education — helping hybrid athletes perform better and supporting coaches as they transition into respected teaching and mentoring roles.
