In this episode I interview my friend Juston who was a very talented film producer and photographer but found himself 80 pounds overweight and dying in the hospital with mini strokes to his brain. His older sister and his mother died of high blood pressure and strokes. Even his father had a stroke but changed his ways like Juston did and is now 75 years old, very healthy and at 6% body fat! The coolest part of this for me besides having a friend heal himself right in front of me was that Juston helped me launch my podcast.
