In today’s episode we are talking about the Head Center.  I will be sharing the energy theme of this center, and what it means to have a defined Head Center and an undefined Head Center.  The journaling questions are:

Defined Head Center
• Has my presence been inspiring to anyone in my past? today?
• What has my mind been processing today?  What have I been thinking about today?
• Am I trying to force answers?
• Am I trying to answer questions for myself?

Undefined Head Center
• How was I inspired today?  Did I feel inspired by anyone today?
• Did I feel pressured to answer other peoples questions or solve other peoples problems
• Did I experience doubt and confusion today?
◦ Who was I around?  What was I doing?
