I was going to wait until next week to post this episode, but my intuition is pulling me to post it today (get that reference? 😉), so today it is!

I've recently come across this trend on TikTok about people posting videos and comments about "unaliving" themselves, which is certainly hard to see from a spiritual perspective, but even more so as a human being with a beating heart.

Is there a collective understanding that the world has (and will continue) to go to shit? Yes. I know this because I've tapped into it *often* in my energetic sessions.

So yes, there may be some triggers in this episode if you're currently struggling with your mental health—I want to be upfront about that. But my intention in recording this episode is pure. As you may well know, I'm all about perspective shifts, realizing that our thoughts nor our emotions are actually "us", and that we hold so much more power than we realize. This physical, human experience isn't always an easy one, but it IS WORTH IT. And that's what I really want to talk about today... the WHY.
