Alyssa Bustamante is a young American girl convicted of murder at the age of 15. Her victim, Elizabeth Olten, was just 9 years old at the time of her murder. On October 21, 2009, Alyssa took Elizabeth to the woods, strangled her, cut her throat and buried the body in a grave she had dug a few days ago. Alyssa was subsequently sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.
