In part II of our series, we were going to discuss rifle stocks.  The truth is your approach should be a wholistic.  If you want to enjoy yourself at the range and grow as a marksman, simply do not compromise when it comes to quality in any part or piece of your rifle.  It matters and it matters a lot. The difference between a great day at the range and a bad day is the gear you make the decision on purchasing.   A lot of rifles and manufacturers make compromises on the products they make and sell for many reasons.  Price, ease of manufacturing or even in an effort to make more profit.   In the end, it all means the same, they compromised for you and got paid to do so.  At our Long Range Shooting School, we see it all the time.  Three times this year already, two of which where with 5K plus rifles.  So just spending more isn't the answer either.  Do you homework, ask the questions and follow you instinct.  In accuracy it all matters, every single component.
