In light of recent world events, I felt called this morning to record an episode around the power that we all have to cultivate inner peace, even when the state of the world feels like it's in shambles. This doesn't mean turning a blind eye to what's happening or "ignoring" the suffering in the world... it simply means recognizing that we have the choice to choose resilience, strength, compassion, and love over fear, separation, and divisiveness ☮️

In a lot of ways, our fear shows us where we can do better -- how DEEPLY we desire to want to do better -- not only as individuals, but collectively, as the human race. We can hold space for ALL emotions: sadness, grief, anger, hope, connection, love 🕊 Please know that it is safe to feel whatever you're feeling.

I hope this episode serves as a warm hug, a chat with a close spiritual friend, or just provides a bit of relief from those ruminating thoughts, even for just a few minutes 🙏
