Fry, who played goal in the WHL and was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in 1987, delves into a number of tips you can takeaway today and put into your training. This includes a daily goalie morning routine, dealing with mental fatigue, the 3 mental zone system, the 23% rule - literally something for everyone who listens to this show from goalies to parents and coaches.
