On the show today is Brian O’Leary who is the executive director for The Dream Team. The Dream Team is a five month program that partners youth with adult mentors in the Des Moines area to provide a unique opportunity to build relationships, achieve personal growth, and learn life skills. The program culminates with a week long bicycle ride across Iowa and the emotional experience of riding from the Missouri to the Mississippi River. Brian is going to tell us more about the Dream Team, who will be celebrating their 25th year anniversary this year!
