In today's episode, I talk about how feeling overwhelmed caused me to freeze for a little bit, and not get much accomplished.  A reminder that it is okay for your way to look different than everyone else's.

If you are very new to Human Design, then I highly recommend scheduling an basic unpack with me, to learn the basics of Human Design.  Then follow along with the podcast to begin your experiment.
