So what do you say? Let's get ready and jump. Welcome to Bella in Your Business. My name is Bella Vasta and today I've got a triumphant story for you. My good friend Nick Trevillion is meeting me here finally. You guys, this has been in the making for about seven months. This guy is so sought after, it is impossible to get on his schedule, but you're gonna understand exactly why I fought so hard by the end of this episode.

Nick and I met about a decade ago and we have stayed in each other's lives—sometimes loosely, sometimes more closely—but he has always been a person I admired. If you’ve ever read Dan Kennedy’s No BS Marketing to the Affluent or The E-Myth Revisited, this is the kind of stuff that Nick introduced me to when I was getting into self-development. Nick has an awesome podcast and website, and so much going on.

He’s been in real estate for 15 years and saw very early on what was possible through mentorship. When he was a teenager, he watched his best friend’s father go from a broke plumber to a multimillionaire in 36 months through sales and real estate. That shaped his conversations around time freedom and entrepreneurship. At 19, during the 2005 boom in Phoenix, Arizona,
