Rhodes believed there was a connection between the Mantell incident and some strange electromagnetic disturbances, all tied to a shadowy government project called "Echo".

And get this, folks - Zara's investigation uncovers a pattern of strange occurrences, all connected to these electromagnetic disturbances! It's like something out there is drawn to our technology, and it's been messing with us for a long time!
