Lisa Mergens, having been in the dental profession for 35 years, has dedicated herself to changing what leadership and workplace culture looks like in dentistry. She practiced as a hygienist until 2007 when she segued into management, marketing and business development. Realizing the need for positive change, she became a certified executive coach and decided to pursue her PhD in organizational leadership and is in the process of completing that. She works with practices around the country and is engaged to speak regularly at conferences and organizations.
