This bizarre little movie from 1987 is barely a feature film, and that’s not just because it’s only 77 minutes long with credits. And yet there is so much to discuss in that short runtime. How good could a horror-comedy starring the heir to the Little Caesar’s empire playing a rockabilly serial killer with a guitar-drill as a murder weapon be? (Yes, you read all of that correctly.)
