On this week’s podcast we’ll be joined by four-time All Ireland winning Cork goalkeeper Martina O’Brien who just last week announced her retirement from inter-county football.

The Ballinascarthy woman will continue to lineout at club level for Clonakilty but she’s brought the curtain down on a remarkable decade long stint with Cork which also included six division one league titles.

We’re also going to chat with Tom Savage of Three Red Kings about the current state of play for the West Cork contingent involved with both Ireland and Munster. 

Innishannon’s Jack Crowley made his Ireland senior debut against Fiji on Saturday and he seems to be well-placed in the race to become Johnny Sexton’s understudy ahead of next year’s Rugby World Cup and we’ll get Tom’s thoughts on Crowley's growing reputation.
