Most people assume that because I come across as confident, intentional and bold that I must have a talent for speaking with impact. Not true! In fact, for the vast majority of my career I have also felt like I'm faking it. But I have learned how to speak with confidence AND intentional impact, so there's substance behind the bold and brazen bluster.
