Will talks about his journey in the accountancy industry and how his company has evolved over the years. Farnell founded his firm in 2007 with the purpose of changing the way accountancy services were delivered. He felt that clients were not receiving the support they needed.

Will approached this problem by putting himself in the shoes of the client and identifying what was important to them. He realised that technology was the key to delivering better services, but over time, as technology has become widely available to all, he realises we've gone full circle and now need to focus once again on the human relationships we have with our clients.

In this interview, Will openly shares the challenges he's faced at different stages of business, we discuss business growth whilst maintaining the human element our clients need, and simple ways to measure your success in becoming a human firm.
