As the year comes to a close, it's important to take a look back, and have a moment to reflect on all that's passed in twelve months. Josh and I share some stories, thoughts, and feelings about everything we've experienced in 2023, as well as some hopes and goals for 2024. Our training group found each other this year, and has thus far been some of the most impactful training, and experiences, we've ever had.
