My entire life I felt like I didn't really know how to receive personal revelation. I knew it was possible but I was clearly missing something. I started on a journey with the determination to hear the Spirit more frequently and more clearly.  In the process God taught me 8 things that have transformed my ability to hear Him. I have gone from wondering if God was listening to hearing Him every single day.  I am now confident in my ability to seek and hear God's word for me as I still seek to increase my capacity to receive personal revelation every day.
