Of course there are no mountains in Iowa but there are plenty of elevation changes that provide some pretty interesting and technical single track for those you like to mountain bike. Mark is the executive director for the Iowa Bicycle Coalition, a nonprofit organization working to promote Iowa cycling as safe and enjoyable recreation as well as transportation.
