This week I interviewed Laura Foster who like yours truly grew up on the standard American diet and ended up overweight and with diabetes.

Laura was teased growing up for being overweight and all through adulthood she suffered with severe depression.

When her mom and dad passed away from poor health in her forties she decided to make a change and oh what a change it was!

Now at age 55 she is a barefoot triathlete and building her passion project called Souls Healing Humanity.

She has great energy, a wonderful smile and a little bit of a truckers mouth to get her point across that you can have everything you need and have fun doing it!
